What is the difference between an open enrollment Night Fighter 101 and an LE-only Night Fighter 101?

There is no difference between the core topics, drills, and applications that we do in the open enrollment Night Fighter 101.  In the LE-only course, we will discuss in the lecture some LE-specific topics such as funding/resourcing equipment, establishing agency policies, establishing an agency training program, and other relevant topics.  Otherwise, we are doing the same thing in any other Night Fighter 101 class we offer; we just don’t want to have open enrollment students lose interest with some LE-oriented topics and discussion.
