The core topics, drills, and applications are the same in both courses. However, the LE-only course includes additional lecture discussions on Law Enforcement-specific topics such as:
- Funding and resourcing equipment
- Establishing agency policies
- Developing an agency training program
- Other relevant issues for law enforcement agencies
These topics are excluded from the open-enrollment course to maintain engagement for non-LE participants, but the hands-on training remains identical.
