Training typically begins at 3:00 PM (1500) on the first night and ends around 2:00 AM (0200) on the second/third night.
- On night 1, training runs from approximately 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- On night 2/3, it usually runs from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Most classes start on Friday and conclude late Sunday night/Monday morning.
