Over the years TNVC has carried, represented, and sold a lot of products–in some cases many of these products may have been discontinued or superseded by other products, or may have received returns or trade-ins of products that are no longer current inventory items. Nevertheless in many cases they are still extremely high quality, and perfectly functional and serviceable gear that represented the “state of the art” when originally released, and almost every product ever carried by TNVC was tested and vetted as something that our staff would be willing to carry into harm’s way.
However, as these products have accumulated since TNVC was incorporated in 2005, they’ve reached a certain… critical mass, even as TNVC continues to move forward to continue to bring the latest and most advanced night vision, thermal, and visual augmentation systems technology to military, law enforcement, and private consumer customers.
We considered a lot of different ways to figure out how to liquidate some of this old stock, “Clearance Sales,” “Spring Cleaning,” even a “TNVC Surplus” program. Eventually though, we decided to have some fun with it. Named after TNVC Founder, Owner, and CEO, Victor DiCosola, Crazy Vic’s Discount Night Vision Emporium pays homage to the finest traditions of late-night, local television commercials, back before you could pause or fast-forward TV and Netflix and Amazon ruled the world.
Closeout specials may include things like discontinued products and product lines as well as demo, used, and refurbished systems. In many cases this may include products that we only have a small number or even a single example of–and once gone, they will not be coming back in-stock, though, from time to time, Crazy Vic may end up taking over TNVC’s offices, and who knows what could happen then…
In most cases items come with full TNVC and/or manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted, as in some cases discontinued items may no longer be able to receive warranty support, however all items sold by Crazy Vic are backed by TNVC’s Customer Service and post-purchase support.
Products will be added to Crazy Vic’s periodically as the Warehouse finds and lists inventory, so it will be constantly being updated!
