This particular variant of the RAPTOR is designed specifically for the Ops-Core FAST Ballistic High Cut Helmet.  Helmet sizing is true to size. But, if you have an older FAST Ballistic High Cut Helmet, size translation is thus:
S/M = Medium
M/L = Large
L/XL = X-Large
