The Poseidon Clip Mount is a watertight, rugged, protective case for the Phoenix and Pegasus series IR Beacons. It will accommodate all deployed versions of these signaling devices and is easily mounted to a variety of surfaces, including PALS webbing. No visibility is compromised when using the Poseidon. Pegasus and Phoenix signal devices are renowned for their ease of use and portability. However, on their own, they are exposed to the elements. In maritime situations and harsh environments, failure can occur if the contacts are abused or the device is knocked off its host battery. The Poseidon comes with a shield cap that can be placed over the clear top to focus signal emission in a given direction. If you use a Phoenix or Pegasus IR signal device, the Poseidon will ensure your beacon is protected.
