The GLARE® MOUT Plus (LA-13/P) is B.E. Meyers’ next generation Escalation of Force (EOF) visual disruption laser, and was chosen by the US Army to be the solution for the Green Laser Interdiction System (GLIS) Program of Record. Based upon the original GLARE MOUT EOF laser, the only green laser dazzler approved by all branches of the US Military, it is the standard dazzler used at traffic control points (TCPs), vehicle check points (VCPs), Entry Control Points (ECP), and Convoy protection. It is designed to withstand extreme temperatures with maximum effectiveness from +50 to -20 °C. The GLARE MOUT Plus delivers nearly twice the power of the original GLARE MOUT and several additional features with virtually no increase in size or weight. These new features include: a training mode, a continuous low-power setting, high-power continuous and pulse outputs, and a low-battery indicator.

The GLARE MOUT Plus provides an immediate non-lethal response to threats by warning bystanders and deterring potential combatants.

High Power Lasers are restricted to Law Enforcement and Government sales only and cannot be sold to civilians. Purchase of IR Laser equipment can only occur at the Department, Agency, or Unit level. IR Lasers cannot be sold to individual Law Enforcement, Military, Government, or Contractor personnel. No exceptions. If you are a government employee and would like to purchase a high power laser, you must have your agency place the order for you. We do not make the rules, but we do follow them.
