Guardian Infrared Beacon

The IR Guardian is a small, economical IR marker that is ideal for nighttime safety or marking. The small beacon operates in one of two modes: flashing or steady. The Guardian is a small, polymer-housed unit that clips onto webbing straps or can be placed atop objects, and emits an active IR signature.

We like to use these units for training. They are great for keeping track of team mates and ensuring no one is in front of the firing line or marking navigational points. They are also a useful tool to have in a Search And Rescue or Survival Kit.
