Pictured above attached to two LazerBrite heads, the Iris is a handy tool for any user. It is lightweight at only .04lbs, and can be used with both the multi-lux and single mode LED flashlight heads. The iris tube works similarly to a blackout tube, in that it blocks some of the light. However, unlike the blackout tube, the Iris can be adjusted in how much light it shows. Simply by twisting the tube, one can increase or decrease the amount of light that can be seen, so it is more versatile for different situations. Like the other LazerBrite tactical flashlight products, the Iris can be used underwater, and can be combined with other accessories to be used to its fullest potential. Perfect for use as camping gear or with a military flashlight, the Iris is an innovative tool available for individual purchase as well as in certain flashlight kits.

 

The LazerBrite® Mini Iris Light Control Tube allows you to protect your night vision and keep your light source discreet. This compact version has the full functionality of the regular length Iris Light Control Tube.

 

Use the Iris Light Control Tube in three different ways:

• Point both LazerBrite® heads into the Iris Tube and adjust the side aperture to increase or decrease light emission.
• Point one head into the Iris Tube, with the aperture closed, and leave the other end open to create a discrete focused spot without side light emission.
• Utilize the discrete spot and open the aperture to create light at your feet and in front of you.
