The Steiner Right Angle Remote Cable Pressure Pad Switch is the latest model for Steiner Lasers. The right angle plug allows for a more secure connection to various ports because it automatically angles the cable, reducing stress on the plug itself. This helps increase the life of the cable assembly. The older straight plugs were prone to damage because more material stuck out from behind the laser unit, creating the weakest part of the unit. The right angle plug significantly reduces this profile and drastically reduces the chance of breakage. Also, the right angle plug allows produces a lower profile with less cable looping out the back to present a snag hazard.
This particular cable assembly is designed to fit the following Steiner products: ITAL-A, ITAL-HP, OTAL-A, OTAL-HP, IWAL, DBAL-A2, DBAL-A3, DBAL-I2, DBAL-D2.
