TNVC continues to run its Nightfighter 201 course for 2025 in Alliance, OH. Nightfighter 201 is a continuation of Nightfighter 101 and picks up where the 101 class leaves off.
Located in Alliance, OH, the Alliance Police Training center is a “home” range for us, and we have trained there for years. We can conduct some amazing training at this location, and we are proud to both train and support the facility. Their website is here.
Nightfighter 201 is a class for active duty Military, Law Enforcement, Security Personnel, and Nightfighter 101 Graduates (contact [email protected] for vetting requirements). You must meet the pre-requisites, listed below, to attend this course.
Unlike Nightfighter 101 and other “Level 1” Night Vision based courses, Nightfighter 201 is designed to provide advanced instruction to students who already are competent in low/no-light operations. This course focuses on building upon students’ already established skillsets in both individual and team settings for increased capabilities in a variety of different environments. Students will execute a number of tactical and skilled-based tasks including team movement and communication, target discrimination/engagement, advanced problem solving and individual/team tasks in a assortment of environments.

Prerequisites
In accordance with ITAR regulations, only U.S. Citizens will be accepted to participate in TNVC courses, NO EXCEPTIONS. Proof of citizenship is required during the application process. NF 101 Students must have basic tactical weapons handling skills prior to the class. As such, students are required to provide proof of successful completion of a tactical carbine and pistol course, current/previous military or law enforcement training, and either proof of CCW or background check. Concealed Carry training does not meet the criteria for previous training.
NF 201 students must meet the above criteria and have proof of successful completion of a level one night vision course (TNVC NF101 or equivalent), and/or have current tactical military or law enforcement experience.

- Serviceable Carbine or Rifle (5.56MM/.223 M4/AR15-style compatible with provided NLTA bolt conversion or bring your own NLTA conversion)

Don’t have night vision, but still want to train? No problem. We offer rental NVG’s, Helmets, Mounts, and Lasers for an additional fee. If you decide that you want to purchase the gear you rented during the class, your rental fee will go towards the purchase of the new product.

We have a limited fleet of rental gear available for students who do not already own night vision. For an additional fee, you can rent a package that includes both monocular and binocular options, Steiner DBAL IR and PEQ-15 Lasers, Ops-Core Bump Helmet, and Wilcox Mounts. Rental Gear is first come/first served.
Export of Night Vision Equipment or related accessories (such as manuals) is strictly regulated by the US Department of State in accordance with the guidelines of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). It is a major crime to ship or carry US manufactured night vision devices outside the borders of the United States, punishable by fines and prison sentences. Ignorance of these regulations will not hold up in court. By purchasing night vision equipment from TNVC, you attest that you will not attempt to export or carry this night vision equipment outside the borders of the United States. Also, it illegal to allow a non-US Citizen to look through US Gen3 Night Vision Devices, even on US soil. Again, this is a crime punishable by fines and prison sentences.
