The Nocturn Industries ONYX Filter is a lens filter to be used on PVS-14 ocular lenses (eye pieces) to change the native color of your night vision device to a softened black and white image. The ONYX filter can be used with both green or white phosphor. You must select the version in the drop down menu.
The ONYX filter is useful for users who bridge mount a thermal monocular with a night vision monocular that uses a PVS-14 ocular lens. The ONYX creates a color that matches the achromatic output of most thermal devices.
The Nocturn Industries ONYX filter is designed for use with MIL-SPEC PVS-14 OPTICSÂ and is not compatible with out of spec optics. All TNVC systems that use PVS-14 optics are 100% MIL-SPEC. If you have system purchased elsewhere and you are unsure of the lenses then contact us at [email protected]
