The Pegasus 2AA is a user-programmable infrared signaling beacon powered by two standard AA batteries. It features three modes of operation: Fixed rate (identical to the Phoenix Jr.), Universal Morse Code for S-O-S, and a final user-programmable pattern. The housing is engineered to withstand harsh environments and chemical exposure. The Pegasus is watertight and impact resistant.

Function is simple: a double-click turns the unit on and off. This prevents accidental activation or deactivation from a single press. The Pegasus features a fully integrated design with all parts captured. This means there are no extra parts to lose. It can be easily carried in a pocket or pouch or attached to PALS webbing. The Pegasus was designed as an enhancement to the Phoenix series. Using standard AA batteries, it is powered by the most common power source in the world. The Pegasus is a great little signal beacon for your survival kit, Bug Out Bag, or tactical gear.
